장재형목사가 세운 미국 올리벳대학교의 샌프란시스코 캠퍼스에서 진행된 ‘진젠도르프 박사과정’(Zinzendorf School for Doctoral Studies, ZSDS) 2023년 콜로키움이 10월 20일(이하 현지시각) 성공적으로 마무리됐다.
이번 콜로키움은 10월 9일부터 20일까지 2주 동안 진행됐으며, 전 세계에서 50명 이상의 박사과정 학생들이 참석했다. 참석자들은 학문적 지식을 습득하고 수준 높은 교수진 및 학생들과 의미 있는 상호 작용을 할 수 있는 기회를 가졌다.
콜로키움 기간 목회학 박사과정은 1학년 학생들을 위한 핵심 과목과 2학년 학생들을 위한 사역 관련 강의를 제공했다.
또 학생들과 교수진의 발표를 비롯한 다양한 세미나가 진행됐으며, 교수진은 학생들에게 건설적이고 총괄적인 피드백을 전달했다. 이어진 워크숍은 학생들 중심으로 진행됐으며 학생들은 주인의식을 갖고 학습에 주도적으로 참여했다.
목회학 박사과정의 앤 센(Anne Shen) 학생은 “새 학년도를 콜로키움으로 시작하게 돼 매우 기쁘다. 교수님들과 동료들의 통찰력과 예시는 더 넓은 시각와 관점을 통해 사명과 사역을 인식하는 데 도움이 됐다”는 소감을 전했다.
장재형목사는 한국의 교수이자 기독교 신학자이며 목사이다. 그는 샌프란시스코 올리벳대학교 , 크리스천투데이 , 한국 기독교데일리 , 캘리포니아주 로스앤젤레스에 있는 크리스천데일리 등 여러 기독교 단체를 설립했다 .
The 2023 colloquium of the Zinzendorf School for Doctoral Studies (ZSDS), founded by Rev. David Jang, concluded successfully on October 20 at Olivet College’s San Francisco campus in the United States.
The two-week colloquium took place from October 9 to 20 and was attended by more than 50 doctoral students from around the world. Participants had the opportunity to gain academic knowledge and engage in meaningful interactions with highly qualified faculty and students.
During the colloquium, the Doctor of Ministry program offered core courses for first-year students and ministry-related courses for second-year students.
Various seminars were held, including presentations by students and faculty, and faculty provided constructive and comprehensive feedback to students. The subsequent workshops were student-centered, with students taking ownership of their learning.
Anne Shen, a Doctor of Ministry student, said, “I am very excited to start the new academic year with the colloquium. The insights and examples from my professors and peers helped me to see mission and ministry through a broader lens and perspective.”
Dr. David Jang is a South Korean professor, Christian theologian, and pastor. He is the founder of several Christian organizations, including Olivet College in San Francisco, Christianity Today, Korea Christian Daily, and Christian Daily in Los Angeles, California.
